I understand what you're saying, but I would like to add that
whether someone transcribes 500 lines a day, 2000 lines a day, or 3000 lines a day...if they put in an honest day's work to the best of their professional ability, they deserve respect. Anyone who possesses and demonstrates what seems to be a rapidly disappearing American work ethic deserves respect, IMO.
