I just recently in the last month FINALLY had DSL made available to me after calling my phone company every other week to check. I gave them the whole sob story, which for me actually made me cry every time I found an awesome opportunity but couldn't take it simply because of dial-up. I do feel for you. Precyse Solutions will take dial-up (good company). Spheris also takes dial-up.
