I search for jobs for others and am probably plugged into every job site/notification out there that could have a remote possibility of MT listings. RMT is not listed 99.9% of the time, and CMT has not been a requirement in my experience. I have been told by a couple of medical facilities and management from a few MT companies that the all important two years experience in the field is what carries the weight, not the certification.
