If none of this works you can email me. You have to keep the version 4.15. You also have to have the dss codec installed too. That should be on the NCH website under components, I beleive it is dss32.exe. If none of this works. Go to you help and support on your start bar from your desktop. Go to the compatibility wizard and run it with no known compatibility. That fixed mine. I had tried everything everyone told me. Uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times. The only thing that worked for me was the wizard. Hope this works.
