I get it

I understand where you are coming from.  I, too, am new and am so thankful when I get to work on an account that I am familiar and comfortable with.

Even though it is true that we learn from doing new things, I often think it would be better not to bombard us with so much of it at once.

There are so many elements to transcription, it is exhausting and completely overwhelming when new.  It is very hard to stay motivated (or make any money) when more and more new and difficult work is sprung on us.  We are only human, no?
