I don't like it and....sm

I saw $$ too, but it is a sham.  I was properly trained and I CAN do it, but I sure hate it.  These gals that are claiming to do triple the lines...well they aren't really editing that work!!!!  MT companies will eventually catch on to the fact that these gals who are doing all these lines are not really adequately editing the reports and they are making the service look bad. 

If these MTs who are making all these VR lines could cut it doing straight transcription, they would, but they can't.  The same reasons their straight work likes terrible are the same reasons they are going to fail at VR work...lack of knowledge, lack of care, lack of attention, lack of working with the essentials of this business.  This is NOT everyone certainly, but it has been my PERSONAL experience of this silly idea of VR.

It is only a matter of time before hospitals find they are paying the same amount of money for really deplorable work and demand these companies go back to typing and get a better caliber of MT to do the work.
