difficult for me to be paid on a net 30 basis. I had never even heard of it before taking my last job. Maybe if you offered direct deposit it would be better. However, Direct deposit was no longer offered and I was for work I did a month ago. That money would not be mailed out until what I considered pay day, then it would take an extra 2 weeks or more each time for me to see the money. But tell MTs upfront what net 30 means. I was told I would be paid the 15th and the 30th which is misleading when most times I was paid almost 30 days later on the 14th or something. It was a confusing mess and I was drowning in debt to begin with. I needed to be paid on a schedule and not have the checks arrive by snail mail haphazardly.
