I don't get these "incentives." sm

Company is swamped with work right now (which is great for us), so they are offering an incentive this weekend...but the incentive only kicks in AFTER you've typed 500 lines. Hello....if you are that swamped AND you want people to work over the HOLIDAY weekend, shouldn't you offer the incentive to ALL lines types during that time?

Obviously not my call, but it just comes across as incredibly cheap.
