work an MT ever does. I usually start my day out on the hard stuff, just because it's more interesting. But by late at night, when I'm getting nowhere and my brain and fingers just aren't working anymore, I don't think I'm doing the difficult doctors any favor if I try to transcribe their work that I'm too tired to do, and mess it up or slow down it's getting sent on to the hospital. So I do whatever I think my groggy mind can handle at any particular time.
