I was a little nervous about starting this speciality also, as I did UC work and ER. It is honestly not so bad. A lot of repetitive words used such as procedures and same injuries. Once you get the hang of it and get all the words as macros, it is a breeze!! Also, I have NO ESLs!!!! None, zip, nada. That is nice for me :) Anything else?
