I hated having to pay the additional fee for it but it was very helpful. You get feed back on every single report from your mentor and I think almost everyone is hired by the company they intern for. The pay is crap but I was able to continue working for that company (and gaining experience for my resume)while I found something that paid better and was something I found "on my own". I also found that I was not limited to 1 type of report that you sometimes are in the a real working environment so it was experience in many different types of reports in a short amount of time.
