I make a lot more money on acute care. The radiologists I type for almost never use canned reports and they don't really use that many repetive phrases either. Their canned reports only count to about 2 to 5 lines, about once every couple of weeks. No kidding. I think radiology is pretty boring compared to acute care also. As far as which makes more money, acute care or radiology, I think it just depends on the account.
