I can only commiserate sm

I went through this when I was doing clinic. I have found that since I switched to OPs and make it very clear that this is what I am good at, and that doing what I am good at makes more money for you and for me. That has SEEMED to work.

I wish companies would be honest with us and they aren't. It makes you wonder if they are almost all seedy operators. In most other professions they want you to do what you are good at, that is why they hired you and they want to keep you doing it. Why does this have to be so different?

I know that many of run out of work too. Recruiters over hire and I think they lie to us when they hire us! Ohhh I have PLENTY of work here, you'll never run dry, work all you want to...and then you hear them complain bitterly that MTs are always MIA and don't show up. Gee, could it be that you can't keep us busy? Could it be that you keep switching us around so we can't make any money and we have to juggle a job AND an IC contract or several IC contracts to make ends meet? And after doing so for a period of time, we burn out, we ache and we need a break? Not to mention that it is almost impossible to juggle more than one and always be where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there AND do all that is expected of you on a daily basis. One day it works and the next it doesn't. I have done it, do it still and I find myself FRIED.

I love the comment by MT24JN and I think she is right, keep it positive. I am sorry you are going through this. I can tell by your post how good your spelling and grammar are, and I think your company is misusing an asset (you).
