I do acute care at a teaching hospital, fair amount of ESLs and mushmouths, but I average 600 lines for editing. I don't think VR is for everybody. Either you love it or you hate it. I personally don't hate it, would rather do straight transcription, but this is what my company went with so I stay. I stay mainly for the healthcare benefits, the flexibility and not wanting to start over in the seniority part.
