and I can tell you, the pay in this town stink.....the most you will make in this city is a high of about 8.00/hr......In Lafayette, the hospitals I applied to........10.00/hr was the highest rate that was offered. Don't know about NOLA or other larger cities, but in South Louisiana cost of living is very low, except for summer when it is so darned HOT...everyone's ACs are going full blast, thus making electric bills super high. This heat!!!! Give me strength!!
