I work for an MTSO and have to commit to a "schedule", but if i have an errand to do, I go do it. I am committed to working a certain amount of time in the mornings, but if the account is caught up, I have no issues stopping early. My hours always average out over the pay period and when extra help is needed, i am one of the first to volunteer. That gives me a huge amount of flexibility when I want it.
