go to the link.  That is why I asked if it was a joke.  She looked rather...well....comical.   I did read where the "cross eye" is to look at the center of the eyebrow or something like that. 

I have seen plenty of yoga poses but never one like that.  I honestly could not tell if it was a joke or not.  And, to be honest, I am still not sure.  I guess I will have to take your word for it.  But, IMO, I would go to a chiropractor before doing that pose.  But if it works for you.....
