because I have a couple of accounts of my own that I pay my MTs at least 8.5 cents/line, and 0.05 cents/line additional if they work evenings. My only requirement is a T-S or S-T shift. I do agree however that this industry has gone downhill and I am just biding my time until I can no longer get work at a decent per line rate myself and then I'm gone, too. I wish you both luck though.
