that do not require it. There are a lot of experienced MT's looking to work their own hours, and most excellent/experienced MT's work around their schedule to suit yours. I would get rid of your dead weight. If you want to be paid yourself, it sounds like you need to do a little more of the work. JMO. I also don't think coming here with the subject of offshoring is a very wise choice on your behalf. Have you ever read this board! These people despise offshoring, they'd starve before working for a company that does offshore. You had better think this one through.
