I had a bad hearing loss, had a stapedectomy years ago and the other one done about five years ago. Not pleasant at all, but then I had bionic hearing! It seems over the past 2 to 3 years the loss is coming back. Sure wouldn't hurt to have a hearing test, I think I'm headed in that direction again! After listing to the burping, chewing, papers crumpling, machines beeping, telephones ringing and children crying in the background, it's no darn wonder after 30+ years of this!! Good Luck
