Animals and people are grouped together with the abortion issue? Come now, we are more intelligent than that, aren't we? If the owners (PEOPLE) would properly care for their animals, the government wouldn't HAVE to step in. Again, we are talking aboug a small portion of society (bad apple) that spoils it for the rest (the bunch). Our society is morphing into spoiled children, expecting the government to help and bail us out of things we should be handling ourselves.
