Well, what in the world do you expect her to do? Pass out line raises?
She's hearing from the client that they're getting sloppy work from MTs who either don't know any better to use a spell checker or who are too lazy to use it. She's paying the MT's to do a good job, and apparently some are not doing it so the hammer NEEDS to come down. You KNOW that. In my opinion, she barely tapped the surface with it, so those MT's who are "sleeping on the job" should consider her E-mail a wake-up call and themselves very fortunate they're still continuing to work.
