How old is too old?

Assuming good health, I think one is never "too old."  Go for your dream of nursing!  There are a lot of administrative jobs for R.N.s that you would probably be able to qualify for if hands-on care became too much.  My mom was in the Hospice program and she had a daily CNA and a weekly visit from an R.N. who just talked with her and directed her care.

Go for it and good luck to you!
