1 or 2 tbsp pure raw honey before going to bed. It is fantastic for sleep. I haven't slept this well in years. It also does help with weight loss. Check our th Hiburnation Diet.

how many times have you had to "refund" money because the post office or UPS or whatever has lost your packages????????? How many times have you been in jail in the last year?????????? I told you before, you really suck at this scamming stuff and you should really try a legitamate line of work like the rest of us!!!!!!! YOU SUCK!!!!!
Whatever you say honey,
Have you made out your christmas list yet? What do you want santa to bring you this year? Does your mommy and daddy know you're on the computer?
Honey, you probably do not even have a job!!!
Honey, you probably don't even have a job
Honey, that ain't all that's going over there. sm

Honey, I know! I have been there twice myself..
before I found this great one! Have had my share of frogs too! There is a good one out there for you somewhere! I will keep good thoughts for you, you deserve a good man!
Honey, I am NOT the one being a FOOL
You are on her ranting and raving about something you have absolutely NO control over. I am living my life with a good job and paying my bills without problems. That is not foolish, that is life.
Re-read honey
Listen up, if you read the posts from days and days and days ago, you will see I have offered my assistance or just returned a simple post to someone and THE WAR BEGINS. For example, I posted earlier about what happened to the lady that had the 3-legged dog, and if ya look really, really close, I was attacked IMMEDIATELY for asking that? Now, take the time and tell me what that is all about.
You didn't have to do that honey
Oh honey, no need to waste your time. I like being "live" on the spot with these type of issues.
Keep chatting gals, I am listening to you all.
The key word honey is R-E-S-E-A-R-C-H.
Oh, yes, my honey without the beard
Glad I looked.
Honey, where do you work?
Cuz I wanna work there too! Sounds like heaven!
(Not being a smart @$$ -- I'm serious).
Good for you honey.
I tried honey at first because the theory behind sm
the Hiburnation Diet made sense to me. Although I have lost weight, and more importantly inches, the great sleep is what keeps me using it. I just take 1 or 2 tablespoons straight off the spoon and within 20 minutes I'm nodding off. My dreams are so vibrant and detailed now. I really enjoy sleeping again :)
I feel for ya' honey...
I read your entire post. I totally feel that sometimes it is soooo easy for these MTSOs to blame us, and then they look better to the client. An apology would have been nice. But the old saying goes, CRAP rolls downhill.
Definitely interview for another company and get away from this crazed MTSO while you're still sane and only "frustrated."
As far as the mortgage company, give them a call. Tell them your situation. They have e-mail. Let them know you are trying your best to get that payment to them on time, but are currently experiencing job switch syndrome and that your employer is not a reliable payer. I would see if you could get that $75.00 fee waived as long as you send it by a specific date. I think mortgage companies are willing to work with you in this day and age.
I sure hope you get away from that MTSO and find one who pays on time every time, and they are out there. You sound like a very professional and classy MT that does not need the headaches.
I wish you the best of luck!
LOL..showing your age honey
I absolutely loved your post and agreed a gazillion percent; however, you ARE showing your age here....LOL... with Dr. Marcus Welby and Dr. Kildare... you forgo ZORBA too!!! LOL. Oh......the good ol days of good programs to watch......
I feel your pain, honey sm
my summer has been horrible (whole 'nother story). Be glad when school starts back, not that the kids made my summer bad, just they need something else to do besides bug me!
Whar you frum, honey? sm
We go to family reunions to get dates. I met some of my husbands at family get-togethers, you know, like stays of execution, parole hearings, arraignments, etc.
honey, you don't have a very nice sister
if she only gave you deodorant samples, that alone wouldn't condemn her, I myself am gift giving challenged but the fact that she banishes you to the basement while she drinks with her friends, thats rude-- maybe you should all come out of the basement and announce that youre all going down the the nearest soup kitchen to feed the homeless
Honey, it is okay...you don't have to pretend anymore...
We don't even know you so you don't have to put up a front!!
Honey, you must not be getting enough love or appreciation!
nm
thass OK, honey, we all do typos.
Honey, that's your DADDY, and you mourn in whatever way is YOURS.
There is no real way to do it, no way around it. You could try to do some reading about the stages of grief, just so you have some knowledge of the path you are on.
A friend of mine told me that something I'd written to her after her son passed away, really meant a lot to her. I had written in her card that she will never stop being the mom to this child, even when they get to heaven together, God will probably greet her, Oh! Hey, you must be Steve's Mom, Hi there! The relationship is forever. Just because your dad is on the other side, doesn't mean he stopped being your dad. I hope this idea of mine isn't violating any sense of your own belief system, I hope it can be uplifting to you. The relationship is forever.
Do you talk to your dad out loud sometimes, or even just in your head? Can you imagine what he might be saying to you? You knew him so well, you would probably know what he would tell you if you were suffering like this, and he were sitting by your side, or on the phone with you.
My local paper just ran a piece about a poet locally, whose wife died a year ago. His skill was in the poetry, and he got through every day by writing to his deceased wife, sharing his day with her, telling her about new developments in his life. He found this to be so comforting. And when he shared it with other family members, they felt it was helpful to them, just to read it.
Talk to your dad, write to him, read up on the stages you are going through. It's a process, and be kind to yourself while you work through this.
grill it with BBQ sauce and honey...nm

I don't do vacuuming honey bun, my maid does it for me! :) :)
Are you a MT-typo error honey!!!
Proofread before you send out. I sure hope you are not a MT????
I use a bit of water and honey to make a paste.
:)
Oh, I bet oatmeal, honey and aspirin would be divine!
Oh honey, sounds like my daily routine.
You just gotta push through. I've noticed that as my kids get older, it has gotten somewhat better. I have a 9 and 11 year old and they have gotten to the point of seeing after themselves while I'm working. They were 3 and 5 when I started and it was really tough. Now If they make a mess, they clean it up themselves. Unless the house is on fire, someone is dying, etc. they are to leave me alone when the headset is on. I have had to really draw the line with them. It didn't happen overnight, it took quite a while for them to understand. Fortunately my husband understands all this and has really helped me work with them on this issue.
Friends and family on the other hand haven't been so easy to train. I screen my calls with caller ID and let the machine get the ones I don't have time to deal with. My machine has a message stating that "I am working at the moment and am unable to answer your call. Please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible." I have also had a put a sign on my front door stating "Please Do Not Disturb. I am currently working and unable to visit at this time. Please come back after 4:00 p.m., I will be available then." I had to do this because people just couldn't seem to get it. Just because I was at home, they thought they could just drop in. I even have some to still ring the doorbell because they think that sign isn't for them. But you know what...I feel that is very rude and disrespectful of them. They can sit out there all day for all I care because until I'm finished working, I won't answer.
Your not alone in all of this. I believe this is what most of us who work at home go through. Eventually it will get better but you must put some rules into place for everyone and enforce them. I know with very young children it is hard for them to understand this but if you begin now helping them understand, then it will get easier as they grow. Also, if you have older children that can help with the younger ones, give them an incentive to help you out. You've just got to be creative with it and find what works for you.
Hope this helps!
Take a vacation honey...life is too short to
worry about jobs, bosses, money, etc. Believe it or not, there are other jobs out there no matter what the doom and gloomers say! Be kind to yourself and your family...you come first.
START paying property taxes?!?!? Honey I HAVE BEEN all since I got this place!!!
"If you want to be treated like everyone else, then pay taxes like everyone else"
Well thanks for ASSUMING that you knew that I didn't pay taxes. Every single person in this place that I live (300+) pay taxes. We don't own land so we don't pay taxes on that. We pay it on the home. Then our rent payments for our itty bitty pieces of land helps pay the propery taxes for the site.
In Michigan they don't? Seems hard to believe they would do that. If they don't pay it on the home then I would think they would paying it on the land or if they are in a park I would think that the park OWNER would pay the property takes for the large site.
Ha Ha Ha! It would be a cold day in Haiti, honey. Hope that answers your question......nm
I wasn't, honey. I'm not the OP. My point is she didn't include context
to tell which catheter out of 17 pages it might be, and most medical books don't cross-reference to other medical books.
If this stops hurting so much with pressure or elevation, you have a bleed, honey.
Hey honey, you can work at home and no one will care about your physical appearance. sm
I actually hired a girl one time who was overweight. She could not BELIEVE I would hire her. I told her I did not care if she weighed 1000 pounds, if she could do the work, she was okay by me.

That's not weird
nm
You may think I'm weird. . .
But I find MT very relaxing. I used to work as a human resources manager and had a phone to my ear all day and people in my office complaining about their supervisors, complaining about their employees, and just plain complaining. My job had TONS of variety - like when one of the companies I worked for had a big layoff and I had a suicidal employee in my office telling me she was going to kill herself because she was being laid off. Frankly, you could pay me all the money in the world and I wouldn't go back to that. I think MTs great - more money would be nice, but other things are important, too.
another weird one..
I didn't transcribe this one, but a doc I worked for was telling us about this man in the ER with a gerbil (s/p?).... you know the little furry animal...stuck in his rectum. Apparently the gerbil was put in his rectum using a paper towel cardboard tube-thingy and got stuck behind a gas bubble in his intestines!!!!
I don't know what ever happened to that man, but I hope he went for some serious counseling after that...
This is weird...
There are no menu keys at all, no view. I clicked on the small window and it made the page smaller. Now I have my menu keys, my tool bar, everything. When I enlarge the page back, then I lose everything again. If I keep it small, everything is okay.
Something that happens weird (sm)
When I'm typing along with my Instant Text along the bottom I'll occasionally (too much for my tastes) lose letters, especially when I type a period...I'll lose the last 2 or 3 characters of the previous word. It's really bizarre. I have no other problems with IT when typing in Word all by itself or any other program, so I assume it's just a problem when I'm using the ExText with IT.
I like going back into the old documents. It takes a bit sometimes to load different things but it's good overall.
So weird
Its so weird, this happens to me too..
I wonder why though?
That's her and she is really weird...
So does this mean that now we have to be leery of posting on here as well in order to avoid even more scam artists than usual?
weird
The thing for me is this sounds like you were working on site in the office with all this drama. How can you even see how much work someone else is doing if you are a virtual worker? And everything else sounds like the hospital politics of working in the hospital, strange that it could go on virtually.
how weird am I?
I won't give out my phone number, but yet I invited an internet friend of mine from Australia to come and stay with me for a couple of weeks while she was in the states.
I'm happy to report that her visit was absolutely wonderful and she did not turn out to be a serial killer, as my daughter had portended :)
I must be weird
but I have always typed B with my left hand (6 with right).
honey, it works like this: The MTSO(service) charges the doctor X amount per line or report, and
takes part, gives you the rest. Therefore - the MSTO(or service) decides your pay.
If you are paid 8 cpl, surely you do not believe the service charges the doctor 8 cpl - do you?
Weird question for you MTs
Do you ever notice when you have your head phons on that sometimes your ears itch inside really bad, like you can feel water moving inside? REALLY!
Weird question for you MTs
I used the stethoscope type ear phones and had the same experience with itching. Stopped using them and no problem anymore
The weird part is
is that everybody does care! I will continue to say this over and over and over again every night. Just don't look at it or post a reply to me if you don't like it. To me, this post is kind of like all of the MQ complainers who whine day in and day out. So, welcome to my world.
Did you know that the administrator of this forum weighs 375 pounds, has a beard, mustache and moles all over her face. It is insane.
Sounds weird.
Considering this new plan doesn't start until January 1, I don't see how people could be getting in trouble. Quit trying to stir up problems. Once again, this hasn't started yet and this person is already complaining and making things up that couldn't possibly have happened yet. The package sounds great to me and I am looking forward to it!
weird stuff
My daughters had pityriasis rosea on their legs. That was my first though when I read this post. In fact, Dorland's says it is "most often seen on the trunks, arms, or thighs."
