Regarding the buzzing. The ad that has a buzz sound file
attached to it has been queued for removal, however it usually takes a few days for Google to remove the ad. We have no control over what appears, but we can remove ads. Unfortunately, there is a wait time that is unavoidable. The buzzing only occurs when that particular banner appears. When you hear the buzzing try refreshing the page or there are some instructions in the thread further down the page where you can set parameters regarding sound accordingly.

Ha! That is the funniest thing I've heard all day! I remember way back when I first started as an MT, the surgeon had dictated what sounded like "slap reconstruction," so that's what I typed. It was "flap reconstruction!" Gosh, I'm sure glad the surgeon had a sense of humor and he read the document before signing it...hee-hee!

It never fails, he will start talking as soon as I step on the pedal. As soon as I lift my foot to try to catch what he said, he stops. Then when I think he was just making a rhetorical comment or something I didn't need to respond to, I will step on the pedal and he will start talking AGAIN!! This will go on for a couple of minutes, listening to the same little bit of dictation over and over, until I finally tell him to either SPEAK OR SHUT UP!

EVERYTHING you said is true and very very frustrating, it was still sooo funny...especially, and I forget what number...the yawning issue...I always love to try and figure out what they are saying in the middle of a yawn.
You also forgot number 11...spell the word "the" but don't spell physicains names, names of other doctor's office or words that THEY can't even pronounce!

Makes me wonder
I've heard how many times that children that are mean to animals are being mistreated in some way. After hearing how this little girl (at only 10 years) is so brutal, makes me wonder how she is being treated by the adults in her life.
I think they do it because it makes you
pay attention to them - you cannot just continue working without at least talking (yelling, touching them to move them) to them. At this time, they are seeking any type of attention, even if it is negative. Same with cats flopping out on my keyboard.
That's what makes me so
1/cent for no reason....I'm telling you the CHECK is fulfilling
some legal purpose. Please run this past an attorney again.
