You know, sometimes in an office setting, a man with a suit can say exactly what Tinks said and he is seen as having been appropriate. I don't know if Tinks is male or female, but s/he has made some sound points and has the gumption to say what s/hhe thinks. If you don't like reading Tinks' posts, DON'T! Give yourself a Tinks vacation! The rest of the board might thank you :)
