Hey, I got those!

Dang!  If I just worked in-house I could show my boobs and kiss up to the powers-that-be!  I'll formulate a plan to become an in-house MT, lose 30 pounds, dye my hair, and get some Botox - it's got to be easier then working on this garbage!  ;) 

I've been using Word and cutting and pasting back to Aria with more success.  Very few of the hot keys work with our version of Aria, but it may just be a simple fix, as was suggested.  It would be great if the people who were trained to build the templates, etc., actually did this for a living, not at an hourly wage when there's nothing more pressing for them.  Believe me, my boss gets emails from me every day asking for this and bitching about that - I'm sure she's thrilled, too.  Oh, and I've got a 4-page "user's guide" that has very little to do with my portion of this wonderful puzzle.  I'm lovin' it.
