Your problem is that you have worked for the SAME shady characters as the rest of us.  You said so yourself! These companies want to hire IC's? WHY?  Because they want to save a buck!  Of course, what they really want is to hire employees, call them IC's and get out of paying what they are supposed to or providing benefits, all the while making them work set schedules with a total lack of flexibility.

So, is it really the ICs fault, or the low down companies who are wanting to jip the employees who work for them and should be rightfully compensated?
