Vitamin B-6 50 mg a day. No more than 50 mg. Helps a lot.
I have a wireless keyboard from Microsoft, "Wireless Optical Desktop 1000" Model 1014. This is great! The mouse that came with it (Staples, about $50 for both in a box together) I did not like the control, but the keyboard has been GREAT and I can almost type like in the "olden days"-- meaning, the best typing since I have been typing in Microsoft Word.
Are you typing in Microsoft Word? Although I loved WP5.1, it gave me severe carpal tunnel symptoms and so I type all in Word now. I assume you are in WOrd, most people are. If not, try typing in Word and then converting to WP5.1.
Lastly, I extend my keyboard tray with, actually, an inexpensive frame (picture frame from Target 18 x 24, that just acts like a big tray or something to put my keyboard on). This allows me to move the keyboard a little farther from the desk, which has relaxed my fingers and wrists and elbows. Kind of harder to see the screen sometimes! But well worth it, I am sitting up straighter and more relaxed at the keyboard.
For exercises, extend arms with PALMS UP and stretch. in any position, really, in front, sides, just be sure to have palms up. In general you should turn shoulders out so that palms are facing front kind of when you walk. i.e. palms are not facing back when you walk. Normal position is to have palms front, but we forget about that.
Hope these help.
