I need major help! I bought a Dell computer about two years ago when I started the DocQScribe program, and since that time, my line count dropped by about a third. I am now working for a different company on the same computer on a Word-based program, and I am having the same problem. I can transcribe at a rate of 300 lines an hour, sometimes more, but I rarely can get above 1,200 lines in a six hour period. The Word line counter shows that I do about 40 to 50 more lines than shown on my invoice line counter. It makes no sense to me and I can't figure it out - I transcribe just as fast as I ever did and in the same way. Could it be my computer? Please, as many opinions as possible, and thanks!

- You need to know how your company counts lines. It probably is not - KT
- It's all in how DocQScribe is programed to count for - each company. Don't blame yourself! nm
