Let's use 5000 characters for your document:
5000 characters divided by a 55-character line = 90.9 lines x 0.085 cpl = $7.73
5000 characters divided by a 65-character line = 76.9 lines x 0.08 cpl = $6.15
Spaces account for about 15% so add 15% of $6.15 = $6.15 plus $0.92 = $7.07 for the 65 with spaces amount.
Still better off at 55 characters without spaces at 0.085 cpl.
