I know what you are going though, I have had the same problem. I went out and purchased these, kind of like gloves, with no fingers in them. It is a stretchy nylon type material with a Velcro strap at the wrist. I think I bought them at Walgreens. But have found that helps immensely. It is kind of like a wrist splint but without the hard bar that goes down the inside of your hand and wrist. I don't know if that helps at all, but sure know it works for me. Wondering if it is the start of carpal tunnel or tendonitis. Good luck.....
