My name is Lori and I am 34, I have smoked since 19, I cried for about an hour yesterday missing my friend (smoking) I am learning to readjust my life I am taking it a little easy on transcribing right now as I am a newbie with an IC but I have a full time job also, I want to help others and the only conclusion I can come to stopping is ITS MY BODY MINE MINE MINE, that is what I have to tell myself and I cannot find a good support group my emial address if flgeitner@comcast.net if anyone chooses to email me.. I am on the lozenge for this and it does not really work on will power, which is something I thought I did not have.. but I will never PUFF AGAIN... There are things I am avoiding such as drinking which will trigger the response and all of my friends at work smoke which makes it terribly difficult.. but I can do this..
