Ours is gunnite with a 3 foot walkway around the entire pool. We added an extra 14 x 14 deck to one end which was an extra $800. The cost of the pool is 26,500 and another 1000 bucks for the electrician (pool contract does not cover it). Agree with another poster stating that it takes longer than they tell you it will. Ours was started in the middle of May and it should (knock wood) be done this weekend.
