i would stretch it out, if it is muscular. stretch just until you feel it and hold the stretch. DONT bounce or ease in and out of it. gently stretch.
if it is more from a disk, lay on your side in the fetal position, knees as close to your chest as you can get.

and they call us by name; oh my goodness somewhat might know I'm there for a cheesesteak! I don't fret though! Because no one knows what I ordered.

Let's see, just got through baking cheese straws, bran muffins,
fruit cake cookies and cheese/sausage balls and DH just came home with a big bag of almond M&Ms. Probably have a Pepsi to go with it. No veggies but I think we got all the other food groups - LOL.

If we remember, 20 years ago, the AAMT BOS was 90 pages long.....and lots incorrect. Today's BOS is 600 pages long......can you think BIG_BUSINESS *ROFL*

Tomato soup and toasted cheese sandwich.
Nothing grilled, it gives me a bellyache, just plain toast and cheese stuck together My son will have his favorite, fried liver and onions, my daughter will have cinnamon oatmeal, husband will have half a grapefruit, oatmeal, 2 eggs, and toast. I run a short order house in the morning, but at least everyone eats something good for them before they leave the house, so I don't mind at all. And I won't be surprised if a few neighborhood kids stop in for my soup and sandwich or the oatmeal. The only rule is that they have to put their own dishes in the dishwasher, not leave them for me to clean up.
I'll bring the dip and the half and half ;)

When HIS (ex-husband) problems got too much for me to bear and with him going BACKWARDS in the life....I dumped him. He eventually got clean and sober via a 12-step program and becoming a Born-Again Christian, but 16 years later, know that HORSES don't change colors and while he is *clean and sober* he merely replaced the drugs and alcohol with born-again Christianity and leans on it like a crutch. He still remains the nasty racist judgmental rude person that he always was, only I didn't know that he was racist, rude, or nasty and judgmental when I married him.
There is life, I promise, after these *men* - and the word *men* is questionable as real men don't need emotional crutches of any kind.

I do have kids. They can have pop and chips, but I try to avoid it.
And Iecture them on the value of healthy food. LOL My diet used to be horrible until it caught up with me with my last pregnancy. I was frequently hypoglycemic and had high blood sugar. Then I had two irregular EKGs before a surgery. I've basically been scared into becoming healthier.

I agree with the spirite and crackers although it's best to not have bubbles...so open the drink and pour some over an ice cube and let it sit for a while. The stomach needs to settle down on its own, and if it doesn't, you need to call the doc and ask for suppositories so he won't get dehydrated.
After the stomach settles down, you can try the brat diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

Some days I think I'd rather do QA - I have carpal tunnel and I could sit in my recliner and QA because I wouldn't have to be pushing a foot pedal all the time and could use hot keys, and it would be a change of pace. But then I have days at a time, if not weeks, where I have the worst dictators. I rarely have blanks, but I do have them, and I think no way do I want to be stuck listening to every horrible dictator, although my company pays by the hour and a good rate, so it would be nice not to have to worry about working 50+ hours/week so I can pay my bills because I don't have a consistent pay check to try to budget with.

I have had both over the years (have bought my own insurance since 1989). Neither gave me any grief. Blue Cross was eventually cheaper for me than Mutual of Omaha. The downside to Blue Cross is that if you move out of the area where you bought Blue Cross, say you have Blue Cross of Illinois and want to move to Georgia, you cannot take Blue Cross of Illinois with you, and just because Blue Cross of Illinois accepted you does not mean that the Blue Cross plan in Georgia will accept you when you apply. With Mutual of Omaha, you would not have this problem.
Already checked half.com and they don't have any at all, e-bay only had
edition one cheap, edition 2 more expensive than any other place I've seen.

I am sure I use it more like 3/4 time for work, but half to be safe. Tax Cut, from H&R Block, goes through the deductions with you and it is simple.
