thank you - I did not post this to cause trouble -
I did not come on here to stir up jealousy. I know that not everyone can produce as many lines in an hour as I can, and I know there are people who can produce more than me.
I just am trying to give a tip to help everyone achieve their highest potential as we are all here to make money and I for one want to work "smarter", not "harder". I also do not want to feel like I have to be at this desk for 16 hours a day when I can get my work done in 6!
Does anyone else have trouble reading this post and previous one from this poster?
It is hard to read when correct punctuation, etc. is not used. I know everyone returns to work. I am just saying that it would be nice not to return to 40 hrs worth of typing & it be expected to be caught up on the day I return. Call me crazy, but I believe there are only 24 hrs/day. I may not be able to read this post well, but I can do math! It is also not fair for them to dump all my work on 1 other person. Jobs come & go, but children grow up & life is too short. I would like to thank those who posted support & compassion & hope when this poster needs help, you will overlook her insensitivity & give support anyway.

I'm not very good with math, but if I make the conversion correctly ... getting 9 cpl for a 65-char line without spaces would be equivalent to 0.7615 cpl for a 65-char line with spaces.
If you're new to the business, I'd say you should take the position. But if you have at least 2 years experience, particularly with ops, decline the offer.

When does IT switch to 10 lines?
You probably have 10 lines showing in the Link Options when this happens. Click on the Link icon, then on Link Options and change the number from 10 to 5.
