All you can do is your best, go along with what you are hired at and knock em dead, so to speak! 

Keep the positive attitude and don't worry about the complainers.  Sure, I wish(hope) I get 9 cpl, still at base of 7.5, but you bring a positive vibe for us all

It must be nice way up there in the clouds where you sit.  I don't check out these boards often, but in reading today's posts and your comments, I felt compelled to make a few statements.

Your replies to several posts 7/12 and 7/13/05 made me cringe.  There was a cartoon strip a few years back, Charlie Brown and friends, with a little dog named Snoopy who would sit up in a tree like a vulture and peer down on the rest of the pee-ons down below him.  You come across as Holier-than-thou as my late grandmother. 

Do you enjoy calling people lazy (or worse)?  I bet there would be several who would like to take your inventory.

I've transcribed for MQ since they were TLF and have been with them throughout all the changes that have come down the pike.  Some I have been frustrated with, but bottom line is I like what I do and it hasn't been bad enough (yet) for me to look elsewhere. 

Go ahead and flame - I've got my hose ready, too.

Nice to talk to and can give you info regarding MQMT lawsuit so you can decide if it is something you are interested in pursuing.

I posted this advice a few months ago.  I got sooooooooo tired of going to get ice and finding empty trays in the freezer and some in the sink.  So I just threw them out. 

About 2 days later, the kids (and hubby) are like, "How come we don't have any ice? And where are the ice cube trays"  My reply was, "I THREW the ice cube trays away because we NEVER have had any ice and we NEVER will. At least this way I KNOW that when I want some ice for my soda, there will not be any ice in my house EVER AGAIN!"  :) 

They all thought I was crazy.

I also put the trash can out in the garage and I hang up a plastic grocery bag on the door handle of the garage door until it is full enough to tie up and go out in the trash can.  Otherwise, I get the "TOSS" with spilled stuff everywhere,  and the "PYRAMID" and have to get out the trash bags to clean the stuff up.

I shined my house spotless one day and then spent a couple of weeks cleaning just my own stuff.  Washed my own dishes, cleaned my own spills, picked up my own clothes, did my own laundry (including towels that I hid for myself) cleaned my "toothpaste overflow" out of the bathroom sink, etc. (of course I cleaned the toilet and washed the floors, because that is just to icky).

At any rate, after the first day, they were washing dishes on "as per needed" basis.  After about 3 days, everyone was like, "Why is the house such a mess?"

I said, as I walked over shoes that didn't make it into the "shoe basket" by the door, and totally ignored the "clutter" everywhere: "GEE I don't know, I clean up after myself well enough."

They got the hint.  Things aren't immaculate, but much better.

Then he said, "What are you talking to me for? Get back to work!"

Then threw up approximately every hour from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Christmas morning.  Not the Christmas I had planned, up cleaning bodily fluids all night.  Somehow Santa managed to come overnight, too.  My husband, me and the 2-year-old didn't get the bug until last night, it's vicious!  Hopefully that's all over now and we can enjoy the rest of our vacation!

just plain stupid and can't read.  I have a job and make good money. 

Plus that, I can afford to not work for peanuts and hold out for the better paying position because I have a lot more skills than just MT.  First of all, I can read and understand the English language which you obviously cannot.  AMF

You made the income, you spent the income, you owe the taxes.  Hopefully you are putting money aside to pay this year's taxes.  I feel for you in a way but you gotta be disciplined and put money aside to pay your taxes.   You can work out a payment plan with the state but why should they write yours off and not mine.
