Select "search" and you will be instructed to type in the word or name your looking for and in the next space you should be able to type in the word that you are replacement. Remember, type the word that is being replaced exactly as you typed it previously and then type in the correct word. You then select "replace" or "replace all." Replace will prompt you each time it finds the old word and ask you if you want to replace it. Replace all will automatically replace all of the words. If you have any questions, let me know.

Are any of you who "edit" offshore work
concerned that by doing this, you are helping yourself out of a job? What if these companies hire nothing but Indian transcriptionists because they are so cheap. Won't that put all of us out of jobs eventually? or am I just being dense. My company recently asked me if I would "edit" (aka "train"), and I refused.

Now about this phrase - "I've been doing this over 10 years, independent and believe me I could probably edit your reports with my eyes closed my dear" WTF is that all about?
