Getting Old? So am I

I invested in a new chair, along with new desk that has the built-in keyboard tray, which is not adjustable. I will say that I did away with the "office" chair and have a high backed executive leather chair from Haverty's. It was not cheap by any means, but what is your health/pain worth? Best investment I ever made. It is comfortable, on rollers, has arms (which I do use, but they are there and out of the way). It, however, is not adjustable like my old office chair which was supposed to be so ergonomic. So, may not be problem at all with your desk/keyboard height, etc., but what you are sitting on. My back, neck and shoulders are not near as sore as they have been in the past and I am no spring chicken by any means. In other words-getting old:)
