I was asking a question, the answer to which I think might be helpful to some. When account guidelines don't include instructions regarding PII, then AAMT guidelines/HIPAA are in order.
However, some accounts I've had and one I still have REQUIRE pt. names in body of dictation when specifically requested, regardless of what HIPAA expects.

  YOU MAY HAVE SOLVED A PROBLEM I'VE HAD FOR OVER A YEAR!!!! No one, not even support, has been able to tell me what was happening. The read only document WAS a split screen with both documents showing, even though my cursor was in the read only document.
I guess I've been a little too quick on the draw, so to speak. I'll have to slow down if reviewing another document. I was certain I'd have to quit my job because of some kind of conflict on my computer.

I difference in opinion here is the definition of "financial cushion". Again, a financial planner will recommend a financial cushion of 3-6 months. Your situation, while unfortunate, is an example of why 1 month is not sufficient. I'm sorry for your experience but I still maintain that your financial choices are not the MTSO's responsibility--they are only responsible to pay you in the manner stipulated in your contact.
Personally, any check that was more than 1 week late would be sufficient reason to stop working for that MTSO until the appropriate check was received.
If I was yelling, it would be all caps.
I'll be sure to tell my chronically ill child to stop being ill so we can obtain more of a financial cushion.

Obviously, the poster knows her financial situation or she wouldn't be worried about foreclosure. Most of us haven't been through the process of foreclosure to know what actually transpires or how long we can stay at the property before it's seized. If you're not going to be helpful, go back to bickering over the missing teen in Aruba.

I've worked in quite a few different jobs and fields over the years - and yes, professional white-collar jobs. I'm happy where I'm at (a large national), thank you very much.
I make good money (VERY good for where I live), benefits are comparable (if not slightly better than most), and I could not ask for better conditions. Pay is ALWAYS on time. My supervisor leaves me alone to work but is there when I need her. I have a HUGE variety of accounts available to me when work is low or when I'm bored with what I'm doing.
Why on earth would I change?

Sounded fishy to me
They are both identical, polite and too exact and to me sounded like it was someone attempting to appear to be American. Maybe I am a skeptic but that is my gut feeling.

But, it is like I traded 1 problem for another. I did feel like I was being jilted. They never gave raises, they never delivered what was promised, they played favorites, but the money was better than what I am making now. I had to dip out of my retirement account to pay off some bills. I just couldn't make the monthly payments anymore. I am still not able to get health insurance. I just cannot afford it. Sometimes, I wonder if I should not have taken the heat and stayed. I talked to my ex supe today and it almost made me ill, so I won't go back. I did not even ask.

Brings back memories! I had a computer fan that sounded like a mini helicopter! Kept
calling my company and having them "listen". They weren't concerned. It did actually blow up one day - a little mini "poof" of fire, 2 seconds of light smelly smoke, and she was dead!! A goner! Never heard it before, never heard it after, but one did make noise and it died a month later!
