Faking a CMT

There is someone I know who is annoying the #$%* out of me! I am a CMT and she is not and she keeps saying she was going to print out a certificate and put her name as a CMT. She even asked HR to put CMT on her name tag, but then she didn't cause she would have had to pay for a new name tag.
Is there anything that could happen to someone for falsifying credentials?
