I just tried it and it works. This blows my mind. Doesn't it look like they don't count headings in red? Also, they can manipulate the entire report as to how they want to count the lines. It's appaling. I got the "letter" last Fri,my base pay being reduced by .175 cpl for ASR reports. I figure I will lose $200-250 per month. Not to mention what I have already lost when the quit counting headers, footers, ADT, etc. I used to make around $17-20 per hour, now I am lucky if I can sqeak out $12-13. NO benefits, no quarterly bonuses anymore because I can't do the lines anymore. I am going to reply to Ms. Barbato and Mr. Clark (the "letter" authors) and give them my 2 cents. I will probably be out of a job, but I will quit anyway as soon as I can find something else, and with 20 years experience, and a CMT, I shouldn't have a problem. I challenge all MQ MTs to write a letter to corporate and telling them like it is. Tell them they work for a bunch of scoundrels, cheats, liars and thieves. The last paragraph of the letter talks about the new MT/ME Rewards Plan, so now what, they are going to throw us a bone after taking practically our entire meal away? I detest MQ and their entire ilk.
