...I did not always earn this much...I started at the bottom when I was very young and just worked as hard as I could always...at any pay rate. This is my best way of earning money, as it is where my skills and knowledge are from years of soaking it up. Do I get tired of it? Yes...sometimes I do, but it is always worth it in the end for me because my employers are so appreciative of me and my skills that they never hesitate to praise me for my contribution to their practices. I am also currently in the process changing my 'main' job to an employer who has started his own business and has asked me to come work for him FT at a very handsome annual salary (not hourly) in about August. It's not that I don't like my current 'main' job...what I do not like is the lack of flexibility, as it is shift work and I do have to work third shift...it has, however, paid my bills. My new job will be flexible in terms of hours and that is a huge thing for me and will improve the quality of my life immensely.

I do work strictly at home, for which I am very grateful, even though I am a workaholic and find myself working pretty much all of the time I'm awake. I hope to rectify that with the flexibility factor I will have. Working third shift, as many of you know, disassociates one from life in general.

I am simply trying to share what I have learned throughout many years to try and encourage some others on their way up. Some, however, are taking my posts negatively, which they were never intended to be.
