Come across MT's that think they know what they are doing and don't. CMAB! You had better watch your karma. What comes around goes around. And that's all you have to add to this poster who just wanted to know why after one day she was dismissed with no explanation. Any professional would at least be honest and offer an explanation in regards to the dismissal. I have been in the business long enough to know to stay away from people who think they "know it all". As if you have come across "so many MT's" and even if you have and they don't know what they're doing, you must be just like them to make a statement like that with nothing other to add. Please??!!  I wish we could be more supportive of one another instead of looking for a way to  each other in this field. Whatever happen to compassion my friends?
