Endarterectomy

HELP!!! PLEASE!!!  Save me.  Doc is eating dinner (yuck), and this is the second one of these I have ever done.   

s/l    ..looped with a vessel loop.  The patient was then "stencolpramized or stumpkleppenized."

"perdegre sulfa" was administered.
