If you typing into an EMR program you can either be able to phone in directly to their computer and type in the notes or type in Word and then past them into the EMR. It is hard to do line counts in an EMR program as lots of times the docs or MA's will have their notes already on there and you cannot figure out the margins, etc. So I typed in word and transferred over. Also could get my autocorrects, macros, etc. set up. The docs also had templates in their EMR which I used. It was easier to do hourly rate. Again, that is only if you are typing in her EMR's.
