Don't know where you are, Suzanne, but here

In Reply to: I wouldn't bit anything less than 14/line and even that is on the low side. You are not a sub, y - Suzanne

if you charged 14 cpl, and certainly not if you charged even more than that. Those rates are pretty much unheard of in a lot of the smaller rural areas in the midwest.

Besides, giving someone advice to just charge such-and-such amount is not really appropriate. Each account is different and therefore, you need to get all the info re: the account, i.e., tape or digital, printing reports or sending FTP, etc. Then you have to consider your overhead and take all that into consideration when you figure out what you need to charge in order to make money on that account.

There is no clear-cut XX amount of cpl you should charge ... it's what you need to make a profit. You can try to find out what others in your area charge to remain competitive, but what you charge should be based on the above criteria.

Suzanne Somers has a book about this...

Even without reading the book, and just searching the net, I found enough information about the 'bio-identical hormones' she speaks of and have had about a 75% reduction in my premenopausal symptoms.

There is a cream I purchase from a health food store that has progesterone in it...you simply rub a small amount into your abdomen, thighs...

I also take Vitex (chasteberry) and Dong Quai, drink green and red tea (loose-leaf from the coffee shop we have in town), and exercise aerobically as much as I can...

Even with all this, I still get occasional hotflashes, but so much less than I was having.

Suzanne Somers also mentions sleep as a huge help for losing weight as we age during these difficult times, and says something like, if I can remember correctly, menopause is not for the weak...

It is a real battle...

Hope this helps you even a little bit...
