I never saw a lawyer, called them and all turned me down. You can call it shifty, and it was on his part. He gave me an IOU on my first visit back to his office WHEN he was in a much better mood, later on he got nasty. People say all the time to do research, well like I have said he was the head guy there, what more research would 1 have to do? By the way, outsourced from that particular hospital in 2002 or 2003 and I still do their work except for a national company. I had to have a job, think I made that clear with mine being the only income. No he did not send me home that day and you know what, I had my head in a bandage and if I had not seen a report on a local channel running a "lunch time face lift" and my saying hmmm about the lack of brusing and discoloration, I had not removed the bandages but was thinking something wrong there. He had cut behind both ears and get this, his explanation for not the facelift on first visit back was it took him so much time to remove a previous implant around the laugh lines in my face, that is why he forgot. I had scars, remember, because I had a previous face lift approximately 10-13 years earlier so I did have scars, just not recent ones and did not go to a office because all told me over the phone no case. I would not say emotionally scarred but I believed in him at 1 time.
