A copy of the current AAMT Book of Style, Second Edition, or BOS 2 (Book of Style) as we call it, would be helpful since this job doesn't follow basic rules of English anymore. Companies want you to be familiar with it! You might find one at a decent price on www.half.com or even on Ebay. New it's $90, I think. Good luck to you!
