If it is your account, keep it, count it, turn it in with a notation as to what is was, in capital letters in bold at the bottom type: DICTATOR STATES ERROR, DO NOT CHART and redline all words.
If you send it in, make to same job numbers and it will count, just change a variable on the demographic page (like in work type). You need to be paid for what you do, no matter what. You need to account for that job # too or that dictation. This way everything is up front.
